A sales position with our company requires a Wisconsin Real Estate License.

Realco has available through cooperation with the Wisconsin Realtors Association a video tape series for your required education. The state of Wisconsin requires 72 hours of training and passing a state exam in order to obtain your license.

There are other options available for classroom instruction as well.

Once you have become licensed with our firm, we offer an in-house training and mentoring program. We also make available to you a 4 day Quick Start Program through the Wisconsin Realtors Association. The program is designed to get you up and running and on your way to a successful career with Realco.
